Erin Beach became a wedding photographer after working for almost a decade in the news industry as a photojournalist and video producer.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Erin consistently captures the uniqueness of each couple’s event, from Raleigh, NC to Sayulita, Mexico to the Napa Valley. Erin’s easy-going nature and instant likeability endears her to her clients while her modern flair establishes her as a cutting-edge wedding photojournalist.
As the demand for true photojournalists to capture the realism of unscripted wedding moments has increased, so too has recognition of Erin’s work.
People Magazine selected one of Erin's weddings for its inaugural real-life weddings issue. She is regularly featured in The Knot Magazine, and she’s been published in the editorial sections of Here Comes The Guide, Today's Bride, and Brides Northern California. She’s an award-winning member of both the Wedding Photojournalism Association and the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalism Association.
Erin’s photos have appeared in USA Today, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Chicago Tribune, the Pioneer Press Newspaper Group, The Charleston (WV) Gazette and The Winston-Salem Journal. Her documentary feature film work played at the San Francisco Indie Film Fest, the Big Sky (MT) Documentary Film Festival, and the Santa Cruz Film Festival. Erin received a photojournalism degree from North Carolina State University.
